This stuff is THE best - my new favorite salsa! I like it because it isn't as "tomatoey" as other salsas. I can eat half a jar in one sitting - no joke! And I like to use it to cook with, too. I went to a friend's house for a potluck and took a jar of the Medium salsa to eat with chips and some dip I made using the Hot version in some cream cheese. By the end of the night, the salsa was more than half gone (we had run out of chips!) and my friends had practically licked the bowl clean of the dip. They kept asking "What is IN this dip?" When I told them what and where to buy it, they all were saying "I've got to get some of that. It's GREAT!"
